If you want to use the delay setting don't go above 35ms. I think the actual setting would be around 25ms, but I'm not quite sure. I honestly don't think you should use a delay setting. Jus lay down the verse again. When you use the delay setting you will actually have some phase cancelation in your vocals. It's better to lay down the vocals again. If your vocals are a bit off when you lay them down again you can either lay them down again or you can jus cut the parts that are off and move them to where they should be.
